Julie Shankle is the founder and president of VirtualDeskFlowr. Her path here began as a virtual assistant in 2013 and grew through roles in risk administration, digital marketing, and project management, totaling more than two decades of hands-on corporate experience. In 2019, she turned that experience toward automation, and today she's extending it into AI: she's currently completing certifications for an AI Consultation Expert, AI Implementation Expert, and AI Data Scientist Expert.

That range is exactly what makes her approach different. She's not selling software; she understands how the pieces of a business actually fit together (risk, operations, customer experience) before recommending where AI belongs.
