Having worked as a virtual assistant since 2013 (and previously as a risk administrator), I've seen firsthand how the right systems can transform a chaotic business into a well-oiled machine.

I've worn many hats throughout my career—digital marketing specialist, administrative guru, customer service, project manager—and each role taught me something valuable about efficiency. I earned my Business Administration degree with a Marketing major from Ursinus College, but honestly? The real education came from solving problems in the trenches.
